Responsibilities:

- Supply parts quotes and sales to service, internal, retail, and wholesale clients.
- Answer phone calls on an ongoing basis.
- Organize and maintain the parts department and workspace.
- Help stock inventory daily as required.
- When necessary, assist with delivery of parts to clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years auto‑industry parts experience.




- Knowledge of PBS considered an asset.
- Minimum 2‑year telephone‑based customer service experience.
- Exceptional telephone communication skills.
- Advocate for dealership/brand and promote extraordinary customer service.
- Detail‑oriented, thorough, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Desire for continuous professional growth and improvement.
- Ability to work effectively and collegially with others in the department and the dealership.
- Ability to establish rapport with customers over the telephone.
