Erika Rostek OT is a small pediatric OT organization which strives to individualize and tailor pediatric OT treatment in-home and in clinic within the GTA. Currently looking for an OTA to provide home visits in the Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, and mid town area to complete home visits.

Company values are compassion, warmth, honesty, integrity, collaboration, reliability, and communication. The appropriate candidate would receive 1:1 mentoring and training from myself on a monthly basis. I have 8 years of experience as a pediatric OT and am ready to share my knowledge!

I am looking for someone who values quality of care, building trust and rapport with families and tailoring 1:1 support so that we can provide upstanding OTA support within the GTA community. Must have a car and valid driver's license.





Previous experience in pediatrics is preferred.

Commitment required of minimum 6 hours a week on weekdays after school or weekends.

Pay is competitive (55-65$/hr+30$travel fee per home visit)

Must have graduated from an accredited OTA program in Ontario or similar experience.

Minimum 1 year commitment, serious candidates only

Career development support provided (250$ yearly)
