- Demonstrate product features and provide personalized fragrance consultations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell complementary products such as makeup applications or skincare items to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct product demos and educate customers on fragrance notes, application techniques, and brand stories
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight recent arrivals and promotional offers
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times,

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers from various backgrounds
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques to boost sales performance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
