This is a permanent opportunity, ideal for a CPA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment and wants to play a key role in supporting operational and financial performance.Key Responsibilities for the Job:Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statementsCoordinate and support the annual external financial statement auditLead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the management teamDevelop and monitor budget variance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management reporting toolsPerform product costing and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-makingCalculate, analyze, and maintain accurate inventory valuationsServe as the accounting team's subject matter expert on existing financial systems and support the implementation of recent ERP and accounting softwareIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controlsExperience & Attributes for Success:Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
