You'll be expected to drive technical excellence across multiple teams, shape engineering direction, stay hands-on in the code where it matters most, and translate long-term technical strategy into practical execution.What You'll DoArchitect, build, and maintain the integration and data platform from the ground up, using modern AI-native approaches to support expert agents across external systems and integrationsLead technical decisions across the stack, balancing performance, maintainability, scalability, and developer experienceDesign and optimize APIs and service patterns that support both product experiences and third-party integrationsImprove database design, query performance, and data models to ensure efficient storage and retrieval at scaleDrive observability and operational excellence across services through logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting, and performance analysisContribute to and lead engineering-wide initiatives that improve customer experience, system performance, productivity, and knowledge sharingEvaluate and introduce new technologies, patterns, and tooling that improve engineering efficiency and platform qualityDefine and reinforce strong testing practices across the stack in partnership with QA and engineering teamsMentor engineers through technical design reviews, architecture discussions, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessionsInfluence multiple engineering groups through technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration, not just direct ownershipWhat We Look For10+ years of software engineering experience,
