The appointment level will be determined based on your experience, technical expertise, leadership capability, and demonstrated success delivering complex HCM implementations. We are open to candidates located in Australia or New Zealand.In this role, you'll lead customers through every stage of the implementation lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and post go‐live support. Whether you're an experienced Senior Consultant looking for your next challenge or a seasoned Principal Consultant ready to provide strategic leadership and mentor others, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.About the OpportunityThe Senior / Principal Services Consultant is responsible for leading the successful implementation of the aPay HCM solution by partnering with customers to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, configure the system, and guide customers through every stage of the implementation lifecycle.Working closely with Project Managers and cross‐functional teams, you'll provide implementation expertise, manage customer expectations, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Depending on experience and level, you'll also provide strategic solution leadership, mentor consultants, lead complex implementations, drive best practices, contribute to solution design standards,
