Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the secure and effective delivery of medications to patients. You will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care and support in medication administration. Your knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing prescriptions and managing patient files.

Requirements





- Excellent knowledge of Fillware is must. 2 years experience.
- Certification as a Pharmacy assistant is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Fillware pharmacy software systems for prescription processing.
- Ukranian, Russian or Polish languages is an asset.
