Duties

- Support pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and labeling medications accurately according to prescriptions
- Assist with inventory management by stock checking, ordering supplies, and organizing medication storage areas
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients, answering basic questions and directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain exact documentation of medication dispensation, patient records, and pharmacy logs




- Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and medication administration protocols
- Follow all safety procedures and uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information

Experience

- Experience as a pharmacy assistant or similar role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration processes is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate patient care with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (Kroll) and inventory management tools is a plus
