Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population, including those in hospital settings, acute care environments, and pediatrics.

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and post-treatment exercises for ongoing recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with healthcare regulations.




- Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices, medical terminology, and industry standards through ongoing professional development.

Experience

- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospital or clinical settings is essential.
- Prior experience in acute care environments demonstrating ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable to effectively address the unique needs of children.
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach to supporting recovery and well-being.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with hospital protocols, safety standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration practices is preferred.
