Overview

We have an exciting contract opportunity to join our global Construction & Infrastructure client as a Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities

- Identify, track, and manage all scope variations per contract terms
- Oversee variation estimates and forecasting
- Liaise with PMs, leadership, contractors, and consultants on variation impacts
- Support cost/budget forecasting tied to variations (works alongside a separate cost team)
- Conduct risk assessment on variations
- Maintain variation records/documentation; report to senior management
- Own the variations management plan

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8–10 years construction PM experience, large infrastructure (rail/transit preferred)
- 3–5 years commercial experience specifically in contract/change management
- Strong contract-reading ability and contract law familiarity
- Exposure to estimating and schedule analysis
