Responsibilities

- Partner with sales managers todevelop and maintain positive employee relations, an engaged workforce andto implement new and cutting-edge HR solutions
- Provide human resource adviceand consultation to retail employees and management on all HR relatedmatters
- Ensure compliance withprovincial and federal laws and regulations relating to employmentstandards, human rights, privacy legislation and employment equity
- Drive diversity, wellness,people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives
- Deliver HR training and sharingof best practices
- Work closely with the Director,Human Resources on research, development and management of the performancereview process
- Identify and implement processimprovement opportunities
- Act as a lead in the continuousdevelopment, delivery and success of the focused training, onboarding, andoffboarding processes
- Perform other related duties
