- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project deliverables and milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
- Manage project files and ensure proper organization and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.

Logistics and Resource Management:

- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary resources.
- Track and manage project expenses.





Communication and Collaboration:

- Serve as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Distribute project information and updates to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Track and manage project changes.

Administrative Support:

- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team.
