Lantic is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Piling Ground Supervisor to oversee Picture Butte receiving station operations during the sugar beet harvest. This position is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the receiving station, leading and supporting seasonal employees, and ensuring the secure and efficient receiving and storage of sugar beets. Working closely with the Site Agriculturist, this role provides training, coordinates staffing requirements, supports safety initiatives, and assists with sugar beet pile management throughout the beet harvest season.

Qualifications Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skid steer and forklift experience are considered assets.

Willingness to work flexible hours,



including overtime, weekends, and holidays during campaign periods.

Additional certifications or training may be required.

Working Conditions Work in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, dusty, windy, and noisy environments.

Work outdoors around agricultural operations and sugar beet storage areas.

Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 kg, and working in physically demanding conditions. A mandatory pre-employment drug test is required.
