Overview Our client is a family-owned manufacturing SME that has been established in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region for nearly 40 years. The company specializes in custom and high-volume manufacturing of metal products made from precision sheet metal processing. Employing approximately 40 to 50 team members, it stands out for the quality of its workmanship, its close relationships with customers, and its ability to deliver a wide variety of technical projects.

The organization is currently experiencing significant growth and is actively pursuing a major modernization program involving both equipment and processes. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the successful candidate will oversee all activities from the receipt of customer orders and raw materials through to the shipment of finished products. They will manage production operations as well as technical and quality functions while leading a team of approximately 30 employees working in a highly autonomous environment.

This is not a turnaround mandate, but rather an prospect to further structure execution, increase production capacity,



and support an already thriving business. This strategic role is ideal for someone who enjoys gaining a deep understanding of operations, making decisions, and quickly turning observations into concrete actions.

Responsibilities - Oversee all activities from the receipt of customer orders and raw materials through to the shipment of finished products.
