This is a rare leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial qualified who enjoys building teams, leading projects, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the future of a growing multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm.If you're an experienced Building Services Electrical Engineer in Calgary, Edmonton, or anywhere in Alberta and have been considering relocating to Ontario, we'd love to connect.What You'll Be DoingEstablish, develop, and lead the Electrical Engineering department.Provide technical leadership on electrical building systems projects.Lead projects from concept through construction.Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering deliverables.Design and review electrical systems including:Power DistributionLighting SystemsFire Alarm SystemsEmergency PowerLife Safety SystemsCoordinate closely with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and clients.Mentor Electrical Engineers, Designers,
