Mosaic, a global leader in phosphate and potash production, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse and storeroom operations at our Esterhazy site. This role manages inventory valued at $12M-$17M while supporting maintenance and operations through safe, efficient materials management.

Location: Esterhazy, Saskatchewan
Schedule: Day Shift (9/80)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes.
- Manage SAP purchasing, purchase orders, inventory levels, cycle counts, adjustments, and obsolete inventory.
- Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to maintain parts availability and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, safety programs, and 5S initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and support employees through training and performance management.




- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and site initiatives.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supervision.
- SAP experience in purchasing and inventory control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Mining, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and continuous improvement.
