Summary

Experienced tailor responsible for performing alterations and bespoke tailoring on luxury menswear garments including jackets, pants, and shirts. Maintain and operate industrial sewing machines and pressers to deliver exact finishes and high-quality workmanship. Provide attentive customer service during fittings and collaborate with the store team to achieve service and sales goals.

Responsibilities

- Measure, alter, and finish jackets, trousers, shirts, and other menswear garments to client specifications.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial sewing machines, presses, and related equipment.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate fit and finish on all alterations.




- Provide professional fittings and styling advice to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work with store staff to manage alteration orders and meet delivery timelines.

Requirements

- Five or more years of tailoring experience with luxury menswear garments.
- Proven ability to use and maintain a variety of industrial sewing machines and pressers.
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
