Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role.Be responsible for leading & building teams of leaders; leading from the front or from the back as necessaryHelp teams identify best practices for them and for the organization, from processes to technical governanceEnsuring appropriate technical and product decisions are being made by teams that support an agile mindsetWork with our management team to identify, launch, and celebrate new initiatives, thinking of tomorrow and leading teams to create an iterative path forwardEncourage a culture of creative problem solving, skill building, and bridging teams and our clientsWork out systemic kinks in the pipeline3+ years in a management role, with direct reports5+ years of direct hands on experience, within software development and a strong understanding of Agile principles and agile development practicePosition Details:Position Title: Software Engineering ManagerSalary: 130,000.00 - 160,000.00Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent*In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required.
