Overview

DHR Enterprises Ltd. DBA Chevron is looking for a Store Manager – Retail to work at 3850 Island Hwy W, Qualicum Beach, BC, V9K 2G9. Salary is 41 dollars per hour and 30 hours per week. Although this is a full time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
- Address staffing requirements, development and retention of staff

Qualifications

- Completion of secondary school is required
- 2–3 years of related retail experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required
