Payroll and Finance Supervisor WESSUC INC. | Brantford, ON

About the Role

- We're looking for a Payroll & Finance Supervisor to join our team in Brantford. In this role, you'll process payroll, support key finance functions, and help coordinate the day-to-day activities of our Finance team. You will:
- Lead the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll and related employee records;
- Oversee timekeeping, advantages administration, payroll compliance, remittances, and year-end reporting;
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and other finance-related activities;
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team responsible for finance and administrative functions;
- Investigate and resolve payroll and finance-related issues while serving as a resource to employees and managers;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and departmental performance.
