Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Produce Associate to join our retail team. This role is vital in ensuring the freshness, quality, and presentation of produce items while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers.

You will be the primary gaurdian of our produce quality and retail standards. Your focus will be split between setting the perfect retail stage during the morning shifts and managing our "rework" lifecycle to ensure zero-waste and peak freshness.

Days include Tuesday-Saturday. Start can be as early as 6:30am.

Duties

- Stock and replenish produce displays, ensuring products are fresh and appealing
- Rework the floor
- Assist customers with locating items and answer questions about produce selections
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of produce areas
- Manage inventory levels,



including receiving deliveries and organizing stock storage
- Conduct quality checks to remove damaged or spoiled produce from shelves
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific tasks
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills

This position requires a proactive individual who values teamwork, maintains high standards of detail, and strives to enhance the shopping experience for all customers. Pay: From $18.00 per hour
