You will join a highly collaborative user experience team that supports a core information discovery experience organization, designing across diverse content areas including information discovery and advanced AI-driven solutions.

About The Role In this role, you will be at the heart of creating the next generation of user experiences. You will lead the design of sophisticated answer experiences across information discovery platforms, directly influencing product direction and user experience strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to integrate AI into user-facing experiences, enhance trust and usability in AI-driven content, and contribute to cross-functional design initiatives across globally distributed teams. Your work will directly impact how users interact with and benefit from information discovery, making a tangible difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences from concept through launch, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams to shape product direction and user experience strategy.




- Translate complex customer needs and business goals into transparent, compelling product experiences.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs ready for implementation.
- Drive experience quality through strong interaction design, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Influence product decisions through customer advocacy, design expertise, and strategic thinking.
- Present design rationale and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Leverage customer insights, research, and product signals to continuously improve experiences.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices across all projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex consumer products and end-to-end experiences.
- Strong product judgment and proven ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Proficiency with modern design tools, including advanced expertise in Figma.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and UX Research teams.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proven experience driving product strategy and UX outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong Information Architecture and Interaction Design skills, and a data- and research-driven design approach is required for consideration.
- Comfortable with occasional schedule flexibility to support global collaboration across different time zones.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications





- Familiarity with AI-powered products, information discovery experiences.
- Experience leveraging AI design tools and AI-enabled design workflows.
- Exposure to version control systems and project management tools.
- Experience with front-end development concepts.
- Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of 18 months.
