Responsibilities - Act as the main point of contact between clients (developers), users, implementation teams and governance bodies, while ensuring the communication of directions and decisions;
- Lead or participate in workshops, demonstrations, product reviews, agile ceremonies and decision-making committees;
- Manage the backlog by presenting priorities, risks and required decisions, while contributing to the planning of increments and iterations;
- Collaborate with functional analysts, Dynamics configurators, architects, developers, Power Platform specialists and other stakeholders to clarify business needs and support delivery activities;
- Validate mockups, prototypes, configurations, functionalities and functional deliverables to ensure their compliance with business needs and acceptance criteria;
- Ensure the traceability of requirements, document the orientations adopted and produce the management information necessary for decision-making;
- Define and monitor product performance indicators, evaluate the value generated by the implemented features and prioritize improvements according to user needs;
- Contribute to the identification of organizational impacts, the preparation of functional communications, adoption pathways, super-users and communities of practice in order to promote the adoption of PPMS;
- Participate in the qualification of incidents, distinguish between service and evolution requests, prioritize and validate patches as well as recommend improvements to reduce irritants and functional debt;
- Collaborate with the system pilot, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the solution and evolution of the PPMS. Profile - Have at least five (5) years of experience,
acquired within the last ten (10) years, as a Product Owner, involving the management of products or digital solutions;
- Have at least three (3) years of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solution;
- Demonstrate experience in structuring, prioritizing and managing a product backlog;
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management principles;
- Demonstrate significant experience in digital product management in Agile or hybrid environments, including business value prioritization and incremental delivery;
- Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and business rules;
- Have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, including business, information technology, data, security, operations, governance, and change management teams;
- Experience in complex environments involving multiple administrative units, multiple stakeholders or multiple organizations;
- Have participated in projects to deploy, evolve or optimize enterprise digital solutions;
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, synthetic, popularization, and communication skills;
- Hold a certification in product management or Product Owner, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (Asset);
- Hold a certification in project management or Agile methods, such as PMP, PMI-ACP or a recognized Agile/Scrum certification (Asset);
- Have a Microsoft certification related to the solution's setting, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power BI, or Azure DevOps (Asset);
- Hold a change management certification, such as Prosci or an equivalent certification (Asset).
