Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB, responsible for supporting day-to-day printing and production activities. This role includes setting up and operating production equipment, managing materials, and ensuring jobs are completed according to specifications and deadlines.

The Production Team

Member monitors product quality throughout the production process, reports issues promptly, and collaborates with supervisors and peers to keep workflows efficient.

Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work area,



following company procedures, and assisting with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to contribute to production planning and scheduling to support timely and efficient job completion.
- Solid communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control to ensure printed materials meet company and client standards.
- Experience or interest in production management, including organizing tasks, prioritizing jobs, and supporting workflow improvements.
- Willingness to participate in training and continuous learning to develop technical and process-related skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment; previous printing or manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and follow safety procedures in a production environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
