Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Communicate clearly with staff, management and clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide friendly, professional service
- Organize supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are well-maintained and ready for use
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required, demonstrating flexibility in supporting household needs

Qualifications





- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency during appointments
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valuable communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and household cleaning techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
