Responsibilities

- Arrive to cleaning jobs on time and present yourself professionally.
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Schedule and prioritize cleaning tasks to maximize efficiency while respecting clients’ time.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and attentive to client feedback.

Requirements





- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients.
- 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete cleaning schedules promptly.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and proper handling of delicate fabrics.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering top-quality service in a respectful manner.
- Must have your own personal vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies (no bleach is to be used)
