Responsibilities
Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and artistry
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and upsell additional services or retail products to enhance their experience
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that promotes client satisfaction and loyalty
Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to extend the longevity of their treatments




Keep detailed records of services performed and inventory levels for supplies and retail products
Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories to meet sales goals

Requirements
Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
