Position Overview:
Prepare Dishes daily according to standardized recipes and specifications
Portion, label, and properly store all food items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of Line areas and equpiment
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with Prep and other operations when needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year Kitchen Experience
Strong knife skills and attention to detail




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and secure handling practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Weekend and morning availability required
