We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian / Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, protected, and sanitary workplace by performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize offices, washrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Restock washroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and other glass surfaces.
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers.
Perform basic building maintenance and report any repair or safety concerns.




Follow all health and safety policies and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
Perform other cleaning and custodial duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Cleaner, Custodian, Janitor, or Housekeeper is an asset.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
