Reporting to the VP of Leasing, this Senior Leasing Manager role focuses on overseeing commercial retail and office project leasing. Solid negotiation skills, market insight, and a focus on tenant accounts are essential. You will negotiate lease proposals, manage expiries, and ensure tenant satisfaction across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare leasing agreements and proposals under management
Track tenancy expirations and negotiate accordingly
Canvass for recent tenant prospects
Oversee project deadlines and reporting
Maintain strong relationships with specific tenant accounts

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area
At least 6 years of leasing experience in retail
Minimum 3 years applicable landlord leasing in Canada
Superior negotiation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are essential
