Job Summary

Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning activities
Support children with their daily routines, including meal times, naps, and bathroom needs
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage social skills, creativity, and exploration
Maintain a secure and clean classroom environment by following health and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements




Help monitor classroom behavior and provide positive reinforcement to promote valuable conduct

Requirements
Prior classroom experience or experience working with young children is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development best practices
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Basic understanding of math concepts suitable for early childhood settings is beneficial
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young children’s growth and development
