Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and gardening, along with the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. A strong mechanical knowledge is a plus, as well as experience in landscape maintenance.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance on gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks such as digging, planting, and trimming.
Build and install various garden features.
Irrigate plants and maintain proper watering schedules to ensure healthy growth.
Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.

Requirements
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.




Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and digging.
Knowledge of gardening techniques, including planting, pruning, and fertilization.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.
