Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and providing correct change
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations




Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of POS systems, Micros POS experience a plus
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and cash handling tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or boxes of supplies
Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
