REACH Medical Clinic is hiring two family physicians for a long-term locum role at 0.7 FTE. The ideal candidate will engage with complex and high-need patients, addressing addiction issues while providing general family medicine. Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum family medicine services
Manage a patient panel with a focus on addictions
Coordinate care and administrative duties weekly




Conduct quality improvement meetings with the team
Make home visits to patients as necessary

Requirements:
Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C.
Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada
Experience with fragile families and mental health issues
Current methadone exception or readiness to obtain
