RJG Construction, specializing in Heavy Civil and Marine Construction, seeking Full-Time Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities Include
Participating in Estimating / Quantity take-offs and preparation of technical components of tender documents
Planning and organizing all aspects of projects in accordance with project specifications
Working with supervisors and safety personnel to ensure a secure working environment.
Provide direction to supervisors and sub-contractors.
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedule.
Work with Clients/Engineers
Develop methodologies and procedures.
Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections
Attend site and Client/Engineer/Contract Administrator progress meetings.
Engage and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure common goals are achieved and corporate interests kept in mind
Other duties as required.

Qualifications




Degree in Civil Engineering or diploma in Civil Engineering Technology an asset
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
Well organized
Robust communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to work independently and to work in a team environment.
Communicate both verbally and written in English
AutoCAD knowledge an asset
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
Valid Class 5 driver license

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
