Experienced Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Group Oral Surgery Practice

We are a busy, well-established group oral surgery practice seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in a professional, supportive clinical workplace.

Available Locations:
Yaletown
Port Coquitlam
North Vancouver

Work of Hours:
Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, friendly demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule and manage appointments
Handle phone inquiries and correspondence
Maintain accurate patient records




Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
