Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients and beverages are available for service.




Follow food safety protocols related to food handling and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest safety.

Skills
Previous restaurant or food industry experience with a focus on serving or bartending preferred.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for effective order processing and cash handling.
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in hospitality or food service roles demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
