About the Role

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with hands-on experience in residential construction? Paragon Living is seeking a Skilled General Labourer to support our growing multi-family residential projects. This is an exciting chance to be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, safety, and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas




Clear debris and maintain a clean and secure job site using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment
Prepare work areas for subtrades and assist with setup
Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) under supervision
As the position evolves, other duties may be required to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and uphold Paragon’s Core Values.

What We’re Looking For
Previous construction experience an asset
Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with positive commun
