Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various equipment, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced workplace. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a strong work ethic to contribute effectively to our production processes.
Duties
Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with assembly of products using hand tools and power tools
Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move materials within the facility
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products
Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
Maintain cleanliness on site
Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities
Experience
Prior experience in manufacturing,
assembly, or warehouse settings preferred
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
Mechanical knowledge or background in using hand tools and power tools is desirable
Experience working with manufacturing or industrial equipment is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures is essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
