Overview

We are seeking a agile and energetic Taproom and Brand Lead to champion our brand presence both in the taproom and across our marketing channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead customer engagement, showcase our beers through product demos, and elevate our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about craft beer, exceptional in customer service, and skilled in marketing and public speaking.

Duties
Lead daily operations of the taproom, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about our beers and brewing process
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the taproom, special events, and new releases
Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service, bilingual communication if applicable, and personalized experiences
Represent the brand at local events, festivals, and community gatherings to boost visibility
Manage social media accounts to share updates, promotions, and brand stories
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe,



and effective environment

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on customer engagement
Strong marketing skills with the ability to create compelling campaigns and product demos
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer groups
Passion for craft beer, brewing processes, and brand storytelling
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable
