Duties
Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate check-in procedures
Assist with patient registration, updating medical records, and managing appointment schedules
Support healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as preparing examination rooms and handling medical documentation
Administer medications as directed by physicians, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols
Maintain a clean,



organized reception area and clinical workspace to promote a safe environment
Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages efficiently to ensure seamless communication
Support inventory management by monitoring medical supplies and requesting restocking when necessary
Strong understanding of patient care procedures and medical terminology
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
Ability to accurately administer medications following prescribed protocols
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing records and schedules
Ability to remain calm and professional in quick-paced environments while multitasking effectively
