Overview

Fabco is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our customer-facing sales operations and our digital marketing presence. This is a hybrid role blending customer service, order coordination, and content creation. The ideal candidate is comfortable responding to customer inquiries, coordinating sales orders, and producing photo/video content that helps customers understand our products. This position is in office and offers competitive salary and opportunities for bonuses

Sales Support

· Answer and manage incoming customer calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing first-line support

· Coordinate sales orders from intake through fulfillment, liaising with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing

· Maintain clear, organized records of customer communications and order status

Marketing & Social Media

· Maintain and update Fabco's social media accounts, including regular content posting, scheduling, and community engagement

· Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches and company updates

Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or related roles with a solid understanding of SEO,



Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML basics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent English and French is a must.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to chage tasks as needed.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating compelling content.
