Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction disciplines, including framing , siding installation . This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects such as framing multi plex homes , siding, contributing to high-quality building and renovation efforts. The position requires a detail-oriented skilled capable of reading schematics and blueprints, operating power tools and hand tools safely, and performing heavy lifting when necessary. Candidates with experience in woodworking, siding installation , and the use of heavy machinery will find this role particularly rewarding.

Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
Construct and install structures such as siding, formwork, and framing using hand tools and power tools
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail
Assist in the installation of siding, framing, or other building components according to project specifications
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety protocols




Maintain a clean and organized work setting to ensure safety standards are met at all timesRequirements
Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in carpentry, concrete finishing, or restoration preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and woodworking skills
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Prior experience with framing and siding installation or structural restoration is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
