Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to foster a friendly workplace
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring safety standards are met
Restock shelves, displays, and supplies to keep the workplace inviting and well-presented
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and provide excellent customer service
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary




Support inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock records

Skills
Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure team coverage
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
