Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Hotel Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay begins with a positive impression. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and dedication to outstanding customer service will help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them appropriately
Assist guests with reservations, room changes, or special requests to enhance their stay
Maintain front desk operations by processing payments, issuing keys, and updating guest records




Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues swiftly

Skills
Hotel Front Desk Experience a must.
Worked with Opera and Marriott brands an asset.
Solid phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming setting
Proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Excellent interpersonal skills to handle guest services with professionalism and warmth
Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
