Staffmax is currently recruiting a Roofing Estimator
Location: Raleigh Rd, Narol, Manitoba
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess roofing projects.
Perform roof inspections and take accurate measurements.
Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for roof repairs and replacements.
Calculate material, labor, equipment, and disposal costs.
Explain estimates and answer customer questions.
Follow up with prospective customers and assist in closing sales.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects.
Maintain accurate customer records and estimate documentation.
Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and local building code
