Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various on-site tasks to ensure smooth operations across construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. Your energy and willingness to learn will help keep projects on track, safety standards high, and work environments effective. Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and organizing supplies
Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work setting
Operate basic equipment under supervision and report any maintenance issues promptly
Help with loading and unloading trucks or containers efficiently and safely




Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks quickly and accurately

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
Previous experience in manual labour roles is a plus but not required
Reliable, punctual, and committed to working as part of a team
