This role requires integrating and maintaining backend services crucial for Spreetail’s fulfillment operations. You’ll lead architectural design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and manage transactional system reliability. Engage with product managers to convert operational needs into effective software solutions while addressing and debugging system performance issues.

Design and maintain backend services for fulfillment operations
Ensure reliability of transactional systems for operations
Drive technical design discussions and architecture decisions
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and data consistency
Mentor software engineers to enhance team quality
Requirements:
5+ years of backend software development experience
Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
Familiarity with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
