We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor & Packer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting production operations through various manual tasks, assembly, packaging, and warehouse activities. Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
Perform packaging of finished goods according to quality standards
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
Support the movement of materials and products throughout the facility
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies during the packing process




Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments preferred
Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus, but training will be provided
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools are desirable
Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout shifts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is important
