Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have: Responsibilities - Carry out preliminary studies, preliminary projects and projects in collaboration with business units, including the definition of needs, the analysis of options as well as the estimation of efforts, costs and benefits;

- Develop and update the detailed project plan for activities carried out by business units and non-IT project team members;
- Identify and assess risks and issues to support the achievement of the project's objectives;
- Plan and coordinate the resources involved in the deployment of digital solutions;
- Ensure operational follow-up of the progress of activities and interventions of external suppliers, as required;
- Maintain continuous communication with relevant stakeholders and teams;
- Facilitate governance committees and project meetings, then prepare presentations and minutes;
- Prepare project progress reports;
- Control the quality of project deliverables;
- Contribute to the definition, implementation and deployment of change management activities.





Qualifications - Hold an undergraduate degree in business information technology or a field related to project management;

- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects within a large company;
- Demonstrate experience in at least three cross-functional software implementation projects;
- Master project management in agile or hybrid mode;
- Experience estimating, planning and controlling project costs;
- Experience in change management;
- Lead large-scale technology projects or programs;
- Experience in project or program management in a large organizational environment (an asset);
- Hold a PMP certification or equivalent certification (an asset);
- Knowledge of the principles of continuous improvement and operational efficiency (an asset);
- Demonstrate autonomy;
- Work effectively in a team;
- Adopt a customer-centric approach;
- Act as a leader of change;
- Demonstrate agility and a robust focus on results;
